Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using Precision’s website, www.worktraits.com, (a website owned and operated by Precision) in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Precision’s Terms Of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”), irrespective of who you are (e.g., a registered user, an account holder, an employee or agent of a company with an account, a potential employee, a browser, a reseller, etc..) and your reasons for accessing or using the worktraits.com website (the “Website”).

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please refer to the end of this Privacy Policy for information on how to contact us.

A description of our service. Precision utilizes proprietary software programs, including a Compatibility Survey, a Convictions Profile, a Behavioral Profile, and a Compatibility Quotient that result in providing organizations with a fast, user-friendly tool for resolving employee conflict, improving team communication, and reducing turnover (the “Service”).

After you take the Compatibility Survey, a Convictions Profile is generated based upon your responses and how such responses may be characterized in order of importance using the following 4 quotients or terms:

Ambition – This refers to the degree to which you are “forward-looking” and proactive in achieving significant goals.
Belief – This refers to the degree to which you trust in and live according to a predefined ethical system.
Compassion – This refers to the degree to which you feel compelled (as opposed to just being empathetic) to help those less fortunate.
Discipline – This refers to the degree to which you are able to sustain focus and dedication toward the completion of a task or goal.

Moreover, a Behavioral Profile is generated based upon your responses to the Compatibility Survey, which provides a description of your natural preference of four behavioral characteristics in order of dominance:

Decision-Makers – This refers to a style where someone needs to be “in charge” or in control. Such a person is strong-willed, and he/she expects their ideas and decisions to prevail and be respected.
Encouragers – This refers to a style where someone is considered an “extrovert.” Such a person is highly sociable, people-oriented, outgoing, a good communicator with persuasive skills, and someone who is good at encouraging and motivating others.
Finishers – This refers to a style where someone is patient, and works at a relatively slow pace to “finish” what needs to be done. Such a person is non-confrontational and works hard to help and please others.
Trackers – This refers to a style where someone is compulsive about “tracking down” and taking care of details. Such a person prefers to follow up and carry-out assignments given to them by authorities they respect rather than to initiate steps or action conceived on their own.

Finally, a Compatibility Quotient is also generated as a measurement for the potential of people to work along side of one another without conflict. The Quotient or “CQ” is derived through an analysis of each person’s Core Convictions and measured on a scale similar to “IQ,” a score of 100 being standard or average. Quotients range from 40-140, where scores above 100 represent teams, employees or individuals who show the greatest potential to work without conflict.

Please note: Precision’s Service does not entail making a judgment on your values, character, or convictions.
Instead, Precision uses the Compatibility Survey, Convictions Profile, Behavioral Profile, and Compatibility Quotient as a way to describe your values, character and convictions.
